Innovative Aquaculture Solutions in Kenya
Empowering Fish Farmers with Smart Systems, Quality Inputs, and Market Access

Baygul Aquaculture Ltd (BAYAQUA) is a youth-led agribusiness dedicated to transforming aquaculture in Kenya and across East Africa. We specialize in providing practical, innovative, and affordable fish farming solutions tailored to both small and medium-scale farmers.
Our journey began with a strong focus on extension services, supporting farmers with technical knowledge and on-site guidance. Over time, we have grown into a full-service aquaculture company offering system design, construction, training, and market linkages.
We are committed to bridging the gap between limited resources and sustainable productivity by equipping farmers with the right tools, skills, and support systems.

The Challenge We Address
Kenya continues to import over 300,000 metric tonnes of fish annually due to insufficient local production. This gap is largely caused by:
Limited knowledge in aquaculture practices
Poor access to quality fingerlings and feeds
High cost of production inputs
Weak market linkages
Poor post-harvest handling
At Baygul Aquaculture Ltd, we see these challenges as opportunities to create lasting solutions.
